The Power of the Holy Spirit

Acts 10:44-46.  While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God“

Oh the wonderful Person of the Holy Spirit! The Father knew that we needed divine help to live this Christian life and He did not leave us on our own to figure it out, He sent the Holy Spirit to help us!

The Father didn’t just give the Holy Spirit to a select few, He gave Him to anyone who would simply believe. The same way we received salvation is the same way we receive the Holy Spirit; by faith!

Praying the Spirit and being filled with the Spirit is available to those who believe they receive. When we pray int he Spirit, even though our minds do not understand what we are saying, we are praying the perfect will of God. (See Romans 8). Jude 1:20 tells us that we can build up our faith by praying in the spirit. Those days when you need supernatural and divine help, don’t forget who lives in you! You have the Comforter, the Helper, the Advocate, the Spirit of truth living in you. Sometimes we need to turn away from thoughts that are bombarding our minds and start praying in the Spirit. You will begin to sense the help of the The Helper encouraging you and strengthening you!

Remember, we love you, and we are praying for you.

Blessings,

Chloe
